The Jaane bhi do Yaaro book can now be pre-ordered from Flipkart. (They don't have the right cover on the site, but hopefully it's the right book.) Do send me any feedback you have about the process: was the copy that arrived in the mail eaten up by silverfish? Did the site charge your credit card twice? Did you find pages 12-24 missing, only to discover that they were located after page 54? These things happen. Do order, nonetheless.

I ordered it right after your last post about the book (http://jaiarjun.blogspot.com/2010/11/look-book.html), so it's been up on Flipkart for a while.
And Flipkart hasn't mangled any of my books yet, so they better not start with this one.

it's been six days when I orderd the book, I havent heard a word from them (no, not complaining; just my feedback) and I dont live in Antartica :)
Ordered yours & Sonia Falerio's books simultaneously at Flipkart last week. Got Sonia's book delivered the next day, but no update on your book so far.
My experience with Flipkart has been fantastic so far, so don't know if they're actually out of stock on JBDY - if thats the case, its good news for you, i guess!

you know, jai, it seems the floodgates on flipkart have upset their applecart, big time. ten days afer ordering the book online, my delivery status shows "Processing" and "Expected Delivery: Will ship once released". you know, guruji, I find it flattering. I know now we have a winner in you and the book is going for a second edition (reprint) soon. Inspite of your aversion to smileys, I must end this note with a ;) and lolzzzz
Pankaj (and anyone else who might have ordered from Flipkart): I got Harper Collins to check yesterday, and apparently the copies are "in transit" - that is, on their way to Flipkart. Hopefully you'll get them by next week. If not, let me know and I'll pester HC again or slit my wrists or whatever...
Ordered the book finally. And with flipcart i have no worries at all of it reaching. Superb service.. I love the Movie and so am looking forward to your book and to know a lot more about it..
